  1. how many patties does this recipe make?

    1. Judy Hoch says:

Jennifer, the number of patties totally depends on how big you make them. If you make them about the size of a normal burger, you should get 10 or so. I adjust the size of the patties to get the number that I need. 😉

  2. Kim Reese says:

What size are your 3 packets of brown gravy mix? I have 2 different brands on hand and one packet is .87 oz yielding 1 cup and the others are 1.61 oz yielding 2 cups. Thanks!

    1. Judy Hoch says:

Hi Kim, I use the smaller .87 oz. packets that yield one cup. I think I need to update the recipe with that info–I didn’t realize there were two different sizes! Hope you enjoy!
