3 Sources for Free Illustrations for Bible Lessons

Using photographs, clipart, and other illustrations is a wonderful ways to help children remember what they have learned in their Bible lessons. Here are three sources for excellent illustrations to use in notebooking, lapbooking, timelines, and more.

La Vista Church of Christ offers a large collection of public domain pictures from old Bible story books. Each story book is listed separately, and most of the books have been subdivided into topical categories. Particular illustrations can be located by searching for a character’s name, book of the Bible, or specific topic. Some pictures are black and white, while others are full color.
