Our Homeschool Curriculum: Grade 3 {2012-2013}

Homeschool Curriculum 3rd

Homeschool planning is one of my favorite summer activities! I enjoy researching curriculum choices on various homeschool sites and discussing options with other homeschool moms.

This past year Collin flew through second grade and started third grade. So during the 2012-2013 homeschool year, he will be finishing third grade and beginning fourth grade materials as needed.

  1. That looks like a very nice line up. We use R&S spelling here too, and we have used Abeka readers, and ACE Paces. :-)

    • Dawne, I actually decided to try R&S spelling after reading about it on your blog! I had never seriously considered R&S before, but I really liked the looks of their social studies and science as well, particularly for lower levels.

  2. lol, oh, okay! :-) How is that going for you?

    • Well, we won’t be starting with it until fall. So maybe ask me again later. :-)
      BTW, I just cleared my bookshelves tonight, and found a book (All Through the Ages) with your name in it! LOL Apparently I had bought it from you a few years ago. Made me smile!

  3. I am your new follower! I found your blog through Mama Jenn! I think I am going to use Easy Grammar this year. I keep hearing great things about them to.

    • I appreciate your following, Mystiqua! We LOVE Easy Grammar–each summer when I am planning the next school year, my children request to stick with Easy Grammar. And my 8th grade son got a perfect score on all four language sections of his standardized test this year, which I primarily credit to his using EG.
      Thanks so much for stopping by!

  4. I love how you have divided your curriculum into different pages for different learners. It makes it easier to find and less confusing to follow. Thanks for visiting my place today.
